Our Annual Meetings – the In-Person November Sessions & Online June Sessions – bring together thousands of scholars from around the world. Engage with colleagues, share innovative scholarship, and network with mentors, publishers, and leaders in the field.
The AAR Call for Proposals for the Online June and In-person November Annual Meetings is now open. Submit your proposal by logging into PAPERS with your AAR account. Please note that the Annual Meetings proposal submission is open to all and is not restricted based on membership, though we encourage you to renew your membership. If your proposal is accepted and you plan to attend the Annual Meetings, membership is required.
The deadline to submit a proposal for both annual meetings is Monday, March 9, 11:59 PM ET. If you need assistance or have questions about accessibility, please contact annualmeeting@aarweb.org.

Please do this ahead of our registration deadlines in order to avoid any issues.
