About the Event
Laurel Schneider, Boston University, presiding
This session brings together scholars of religion who are college or university presidents and provosts to reflect on the future of our fields as the academy in general undergoes huge shifts in the structures, resources, and politics. They have been asked, given what they know from where they sit, to help us all imagine possibilities for the study and teaching of religion in multi-disciplinary institutions going forward.
