2026 André LaCocque Interreligious Lecture with Peter Manseau

Chicago Theological Seminary’s InterReligious Institute is hosting a series of offerings this spring. As the nation celebrates 250 years, CTS is marking the 170th anniversary of its founding with the theme, “Daring Faith in Dangerous Times.”

The 2026 LaCocque Lecture will feature a conversation between Peter Manseau (Founding Director of the Center for Understanding Religion in American History at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History) and Brad Braxton (President, CTS). The two will dig into the historical spiritual diversity this country was founded on.
