Janice Ford is the AAR’s Membership Services Manager.
Janice joined AAR in spring 2024 and has developed a deep appreciation for the work and mission of professional associations. With over 20 years of experience in membership development, she has worked at five different associations, honing her skills and expertise in delivering exceptional member service. Janice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications, a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management, and has completed several master’s level courses in project management.
Janice is a native of the Washington, DC, residing in a border town in Maryland. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Janice is also a certified life coach and nature therapy guide. She is a Master Gardener and finds joy in volunteering in her community, teaching gardening skills, exploring new nature trails, and capturing the beauty of nature through photography. Her diverse interests and passions outside of work contribute to a well-rounded approach to life and work.
