Win a Caribbean Vacation for Up to Half the Price — Your Bid Powers AAR’s Mission
This year we are running a virtual silent auction in conjunction with the 2025 Annual Meeting, providing you the chance to win a trip to the Caribbean and support AAR in its future endeavors. A sample of what you stand to win:
- 7-10 nights at The Verandah Antigua, an eco-friendly Caribbean beachfront resort with two spectacular white-sand beaches, five pools, nature trails to historic Devil’s Bridge, and more
- 7-10 nights at The Club Barbados, an adult-only Caribbean vacation destination on the highly sought after west coast of Barbados
- 7-10 nights at Los Establos Boutique Resort, an all-inclusive resort in Panama featuring zip-lining through rainforest, a rum tasting tour, river rafting on the Chiriquí River, bird watching at Paradise Gardens, hiking to the Lost Waterfalls, and more
Net proceeds from the virtual silent auction support AAR’s ongoing programming, enhancing the public understanding of religion, and further the work of volunteer-led committees and task forces. Please note: you do not need to be in attendance at the 2025 Annual Meeting in order to participate in the silent auction!

Here’s how to participate:
- Register to bid using a credit card (you will not be charged unless you are the highest bidder on Tuesday at 10 AM ET).
- Submit your bid. Note that you are bidding on packages for up to 3 rooms for 7-10 days. There is an additional per-person resort fee which differs from resort to resort.
- You will be notified if someone outbids you. You can increase your bid or place a maximum amount you wish to bid.
- Winners will be notified at the close of the auction on Tuesday at 10am. Certificates will be emailed within 7 business days.
