A. David Lewis Named Director of the Health Humanities program at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences
As of July 1, 2026, A. David Lewis has been named Director of the Health Humanities BA program, the only degree of its type in all of New England. He brings his expertise in Graphic Medicine as well as Religious Studies and Literary Theory to this new, exciting position.
Mark Scott Granted Tenure and Promoted to Full Professor of Religious Studies and Theology at Stonehill College
Mark Scott joined the Department of Religious Studies and Theology at Stonehill College in 2022. He has published three academic monographs: The Beauty of Souls: Aesthetic Encounters with Marilynne Robinson, Pathways in Theodicy: An Introduction to the Problem of Evil and Journey Back to God: Origen on the Problem of Evil. His essays have appeared in numerous scholarly venues, including Harvard Theological Review, Journal of Early Christian Studies, Religious Studies, and Open Theology, among other publications.
