Rates
Registration for the online meeting will be on an income-based sliding scale with the following levels:

| $20,000 - $34,999 | $75 |
| $35,000 - $49,999 | $100 |
| $50,000 - $74,999 | $125 |
| $75,000 - $99,999 | $150 |
| $100,000 - $124,999 | $175 |
| over $125,000 | $200 |
The non-member registration rate is $250.
