About the Event
Hosted by AAR’s Teaching & Learning Committee and Artificial Intelligence & Religion Unit
Artificial intelligence has become impossible to ignore in higher education, and religious studies and theology classrooms are no exception. Join the AAR’s Teaching & Learning Committee and Artificial Intelligence & Religion Unit for an interactive workshop exploring how faculty are navigating this shift in practice. This session will center on issues at the heart of discussion today: what policies are institutions creating regarding AI and how are instructors responding in the classroom? Participants will move between large-group framing and small-group breakout discussions, and the workshop will close with an exchange of resources.
