Hotel Reservations

The AAR & SBL have negotiated special group rates at 10 hotels, all within walking distance* of the San Diego Convention Center. You can obtain the discounted group rate only by reserving your room during the online registration process. Hotel room rates do not include the average of 12.7% hotel room tax. The single/double/triple/quadruple room designation denotes the number of room occupants, not the number of beds.

Hotel reservations are available from Thursday, November 21, through Tuesday, November 26, 2024. Registration, Exhibit Hall, and most sessions will be held in the convention center. Some sessions as well as some Other Events will also be held in the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, Manchester Grand Hyatt, Marriott Marquis, and Omni San Diego.

Travel Discounts

Delta Airlines, Southwest Airlines, and United Airlines are the official carriers of the 2024 Annual Meetings. For the benefit of our attendees, discounts may be available depending on the dates and times you will be traveling to the Annual Meeting. To take advantage of these special discounted fares, make reservations directly through the respective websites listed below. Be sure to include the specific discount codes. Discounts do not apply to certain restricted fares and exclude sale fare inventories. If you book through a travel agency, be sure to give them the appropriate discount code.
