Summer Seminars on Theologies of Religious Pluralism and Comparative Theology

Seminar Timeline

The TRP Planning Committee believes that the optimal structure for these Summer Seminars will require two complete cohorts of participants and instructors. Each cohort will be composed of 25 participants and 8 instructors. The first cohort will gather for a week-long meeting in the summer of 2009, then for a single day at the fall 2009 Annual Meeting of the AAR, and then for a concluding week-long meeting in the summer of 2010. The second cohort will gather for a week-long meeting in the summer of 2010, then for a single day at the fall 2010 Annual Meeting of the AAR, and then for a concluding week-long meeting in the summer of 2011. We believe that by offering two separate cohorts of participants and instructors (a total of 50 participants), we will maximize the effect of the grant.
