Support the Academy Fund
AAR Academy Fund
AAR members have generously supported the Academy Fund for more than 30 years. Contributions to the Academy Fund provide much needed support for AAR general operations, program support, international initiatives and the International Dissertation Research Fellowships. The AAR is grateful for the continuing support for our programs and thanks you for your generosity.
How to support the AAR
The Status of Racial and Ethnic Minorities in the Profession Committee supports efforts by the AAR to enhance participation of underrepresented minorities. Graduate students of color presenting on the AAR Annual Meeting program have their meeting registrations subsidized.
The International Dissertation Research Fellowships began in 2010 and provide a much needed resource to our junior scholars by providing funding to perform dissertation research outside their home country.
The Research Grants Fund supports the AAR individual and collaborative research grants.
