AAR Mailing List Rentals
AAR makes available the mailing list of its membership for companies with products or messages of interest to members.
Mailing lists are available in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or comma delineated format. Lists for specialized interests can be created based on request.
AAR mailing lists are run through NCOA every 90 days. The NCOA clean up occurs at the beginning of January, March, June, and September.

Mailing List Rental Instructions
- Complete and submit the Mailing List Rental form.
- An estimate of the mailing list rental cost will be e-mailed to you within 2 business days.
- Pay for the mailing list in the AAR Online Payment System.
- The mailing list will be e-mailed to you within 3 business days after payment is processed.
Terms & Conditions
- The AAR membership list may be rented for one-time use in mailing catalogs, flyers, announcements, etc., which are of a professional interest to those on the list.
- The list may not be used for fundraising or solicitations AAR considers unacceptable.
- A sample of the proposed mailing must be sent to the AAR by fax before labels will be provided.
- Use of the labels for a mailing other than the one provided by fax will jeopardize an advertiser's opportunity to rent labels in the future.
- AAR lists are rented for one-time, one-mailing use only. AAR actively defends against misuse.
- Pre-payment is required. Payment must be received within 30 days of order request.
- Members can opt-out of label rentals.
- The list is updated daily. Current number counts are available by contacting advertising@aarweb.org.
